Three years ago I was dispatching trucks. Now I lead a team shipping autonomous agents for US clients. The through-line: I can't watch a human do something a system should be doing.
At Orchard Logistics I automated the sales floor's reporting until revenue rose 30% — that's when I understood automation isn't a tool, it's a career. Since then I've built 3+ years of production systems: an outbound agent that verifies 200 leads a day and booked a real sales demo on its own, a monetized SaaS with paying customers, content pipelines publishing 8 videos a day for $0/month, and full GoHighLevel CRM builds for paying clients.
I run production infrastructure the unglamorous way: Docker on Oracle Cloud, cost ceilings on every agent, retry budgets, fallback paths, and the scars of a live disk-exhaustion incident resolved without data loss. Autonomy is only impressive when it survives contact with reality.
